To
borrow from the library, or to access the online databases offered under the
subscription service, you will need to complete the Subscriber
service application form
and return the form either by mail, fax, or in person to:

Following registration you will be issued with a LiaISE
alumni card which will allow you to borrow from
the MBS
Library. You will also be issued with your personal
authentication details for access to the electronic resources.
You may elect to collect your borrower card personally from
the library, or have it posted to you if required.
The card is issued for your personal use and is not transferable for use by other individuals, associates or family members.
The loss or theft of a LiaISE alumni card must be reported immediately to the library.
