Collection strength
A separate print collection of careers material is housed as a discrete collection for the exclusive use of MBS students, MBS staff and MBS alumni. It includes job search, interview preparation, and career development literature, as well as specific guides to careers within individual industries and with individual companies.

Ebrary contains a significant number of e-books on careers
and job hunting.
Useful subject headings include:- employment
interviewing, job hunting, vocational guidance and cover letters.
Books 24x7 is also an invaluable resource for career
development e-books which can be located under the topic 'Business skills'.
Databases for company, industry and
related research
Arcadia
is the collection of electronic databases to which the library
subscribes. It gives access to company annual reports,
financial, economic and trade data, industry news and
intelligence, and articles from
magazines, peer-reviewed academic
journals and major national newspapers.
Arcadia can be used to keep up-to-date with industry trends,
to identify key personnel in the company you wish to work for,
to identify a company's competitors and much more. Arcadia
is an excellent source to consult when preparing
for job
applications and interviews.
Wet Feet and Vault guides
A collection of
the print versions of the popular
Wet Feet guides are available in the careers
collection.
Online versions of a
selection of the Wet Feet guides are also

Videos
The library also has a collection of videos, many of which will be useful in career preparation. The videos are available from the loans desk staff and can be viewed in the video screening room at the eastern end of the library.
