Information Support Staff
The individual staff members in the Information Support
Team are happy to assist you in your research associated with the
program.
This assistance may involve answering simple questions about accessing
the databases or doing some basic searches in the electronic resources
made available to you.
It can also involve more complex work. Using electronic databases can be
very helpful in discovering good data and good references. However for
some people, they can present a challenge – this is particularly true
for people who are unfamiliar with them.
We can help you with learning how to use them effectively and
efficiently. We can also provide more in-depth information assistance
where the information required is hard to find or needs to be sourced
from another place.
